I never realized how important my PH health was, as these aren’t things that use to normally sit and think about. I have gotten a lot of urine
infections after getting having my son and getting sick. It is really nice to be able to monitor my PH levels in the privacy of my own home without having to spend a fortune to see a Doctor. These PH strips are very easy to use, and very accurate. It has a color chart to let you know where your reading falls. I have now started to change how I eat now. This is a 100 count pack and comes on a hard plastic box that I am not too crazy about. I do wish they came in some small bottle because getting that top on is a pain in the butt, and the strips don’t wanna go in.
